Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• "Program Period" or "Offer Period" shall mean period commencing from October 10, 2018 to November 10, 2018 (both days inclusive).
• “Purchase" shall mean such purchase, which has been made by ICICI Bank American Express Credit Card Holder/s by entering card details for making payments at online merchant payment gateway during the Offer Period or using/swiping their ICICI Bank American Express Credit Card at physical merchant outlets.
• "Dining Voucher" shall mean “a voucher card issued by Marriott Hotels and Resorts, India for redeeming the amount of Rs 5000 across 200+ restaurants in Marriott Hotels and resorts, India
• "Program" or "Offer" shall mean doing purchases worth Rs 75000 or more using ICICI Bank American Express Credit Card to get the voucher as mentioned above.
• "Program registration" or "Offer registration" shall mean the activity of indicating interest in the offer by giving a missed call on 7069577555 from the registered mobile number
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the Card in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
• "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled by the online Merchant prior to settlement with ICICI Bank.

II. Program / Offer

• The Offer is valid for ICICI Bank American Express Credit Card Holder/s only who have completed Offer registration within Offer period.
• The customer may register anytime during the offer period. The spends done on ICICI Bank American Express Credit Card within the offer period:  October 10 – November 10, 2018 shall be considered for eligibility to the offer.
• Dining voucher shall be applicable only for those who have registered for the Offer and spent Rs 75000 or above using ICICI Bank American Express Credit Card within Offer Period.
• Offer is valid only on one card per customer per account.
• Upon the Card Holder/s fulfilling the offer requisites, as per the offer Terms and Conditions, two physical vouchers each of Rs 2500 and (total amounting to Rs 5000) will be sent to the registered mailing address of the eligible customers as per the following schedule:

• The Offer is not valid for void transactions and applicable only on ICICI Bank American Express Credit Cards.
• In case of a cancelled transaction, and post cancellation of transaction, the total purchases made by the Cardholder during the offer period becoming less than Rs 75000; the dining voucher will be held void for the customer if it has been sent already to the customer.
• No queries will be entertained after 28^th February, 2019.

III. Marriott Hotels Dining Voucher Features:

• The voucher is valid across Marriott hotels & resorts in India over 200+ restaurants
• Eligible customers will receive two vouchers, each of denomination of Rs 2500

IV. Other Terms and Conditions:

• This offer is open to all ICICI Bank American Express Cardmembers whose accounts are valid and in good standing.
• This program is being offered by the participating service establishment only and shall be valid for the period mentioned in the offer.
• This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. The Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.
• ICICI Bank and American Express is neither responsible for availability of services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Cardmembers under this offer. Any disputes with regard to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. ICICI Bank and American Express shall have no liability whatsoever with regard to the same.
• ICICI Bank and American Express shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of any goods or services availed by Cardmember under this offer. ICICI Bank and American Express reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.
• Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the terms and conditions of the existing Cardmember agreement with ICICI Bank.
• To receive this offer, purchase should be charged in full to the ICICI Bank American Express Credit Card. No cash alternative is available.
• The participation in the Program is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the ICICI Bank American Express Credit Card Holder/s shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
• All communication/ notices with regard to this Program should be addressed to "ICICI Bank Limited, ICICI Phone Banking Center, ICICI Bank Tower, 7th floor, Survey no: 115/27, Plot no. 12, Nanakramguda, Serilingampally, Hyderabad – 500032, India.
• In all matters relating to the Program, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
• These Terms shall be in addition to and not in substitution/ derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the ICICI Bank American Express Credit Card of ICICI Bank. All capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the Primary Terms and Conditions.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the ICICI Bank American Express Credit Card Holder/s under the Program.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Merchant Establishment or ICICI Bank American Express Credit Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program
• The Program is not available wherever prohibited and/ or on merchandise/ products/ services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
