- PAN or Form 60 (If PAN card not available)
- Proof of Identity (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License)
- Proof of Address (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License)
- Proof of Signature (Not Required If PAN is submitted)
- DOB Proof (Not Required If PAN is submitted)
- Latest month Salary Slip* (Appointment Letter if Salary Slip not available)
- Last 3 months Bank Statement. Not required for ICICI Bank Account holders
- Proofs for other income (Rental Income, Dividend, Interest income etc.), if any

- GST returns for last 12 months, if applicable
- Last 6 months Bank Statement
- Udhyam Registration Certificate for MSME Entities
- Business Profile
- Professional Qualification Certificate for Self Employed Non Professional, If applicable

- Application form with photograph duly signed
- Identity, residence and age proof
- Last 6 months bank statements
- Processing fee cheque
- Form 16/ Income Tax Returns
- Proof of business existence
- Business profile
- Last 3 years Income Tax Returns with computation of Income
- Last 3 years CA Certified / Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account
