Please note: EID is Engraved ID written on the backside of the smart card. The customer should do a minimum recharge of Rs.100 and maximum permissible recharge amount currently is Rs.1000.

Once the SMS is processed, the passenger will get a confirmation message from ICICI Bank. The passenger then, will have to go to one of the 71 Delhi Metro stations, and insert the smart card in an Add Value Machine (AVM) installed near the customer care centre in order to complete the add value process.

Step 1: SMS BOOK <Train No.> <From Station> <To Station> <Travel Date (DDMM)> <Class> <Name of Passenger1> <Age> <Gender> <Name of Passenger2> <Age> <Gender> ICICI

Step 2: You will receive a message with details of Transaction ID, Ticket Amount, IRCTC Service Charge Total Amount, Seat Availability

Step 3: For Payment SMS PAY <Transaction ID> ICICI <Last 6 digits of your ICICI Bank Account No.> IRCTC <User ID> to 139

Step 4: On receipt of the above details, you will get a confirmation message

Please note: Tickets can be booked for maximum 6 passengers. Mobile number must be registered with ICICI Bank and IRCTC.

For any SMS Banking service, the mobile number used to carry out transaction must be registered for mobile banking with ICICI Bank.

1. Once you complete any financial transaction using SMS Banking, a unique code will be sent to your secured mailbox and mobile, within 15 days of your transaction.

2. To get m-coupon for a free CCD coffee SMS ICIC<space><Unique Code> to 56767 before Unique code validity mentioned in below point.
Example: If the Unique Code sent to you by ICICI Bank is 1234567 then:

I. DEFINITIONS

• “Alliance Partner” shall mean Amalgamated Bean Coffee trading Co. limited (also known as CCD) who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• “ICICI Bank SMS Banking User” shall mean a person who has used SMS Banking financial service/s for the first time (during Offer Period) with registered mobile number for mobile banking.
• “ICICI Bank SMS Banking Service(s) “shall mean using ICICI Bank SMS Banking for Prepaid mobile recharge, DTH recharge, Broadband recharge, postpaid mobile bill pay, DMRC card recharge and IRCTC ticket booking services of ICICI Bank offered to ICICI Bank SMS Banking User.
• “Offer” shall mean such discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on successful completion of ICICI Bank SMS Banking financial Services, during the Offer Period on www.icicibank.com
• “Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from December 12, 2014 to February 28, 2015 both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank SMS Banking service.
