    iMobile Pay app

    • Log in to ICICI Bank’s iMobile Pay app
    • Go to the ‘Cards & Forex’ section
    • Select your ‘Card Number’
    • Go to ‘Manage Card’
    • Click on ‘Block Card’
    • View the card number, mobile number and e-mail ID
    • Select reason for blocking the card
    • Click on ‘Submit’.

    Internet Banking

    • Log in to ICICI Bank Internet Banking with your User ID and Password
    • Click on ‘Cards & Loans’ and select ‘Credit Cards’
    • Select the ‘Block your Credit Card – Instant deactivation’ option, from the panel on the left
    • Choose your credit card from the drop-down
    • Click on ‘Submit’.

    iMobile Pay app

    • Log in to the ICICI Bank’s iMobile Pay app
    • Go to the ‘Cards & Forex’ section
    • Click on ‘Card PIN Services’
    • Select ‘Credit Card PIN Generation’
    • Enter a new <4> Digit PIN for your credit card
    • Re-enter the new PIN to confirm
    • Click on ‘Submit’.

    • Log in to ICICI Bank’s Internet Banking with your User ID and Password
    • Click on ‘Cards & Loans’ and select ‘Credit Cards’
    • Select the ‘Generate Credit Card PIN Online’ option, from the panel on the left
    • Choose your credit card from the drop-down
    • Enter the CVV number
    • Click on ‘Submit’
    • You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number
    • Enter the OTP and click on ‘Submit’.
