The Virtual Payment Address (VPA) for the payment of dues is as follows:
- For Credit Card, pay at ccpay.16-digit Credit Card number@icici
- For Amex Card, pay at ccpay.prefix ‘0’ and then 15-digit credit card number@icici
- For Loans, pay at loanspay.16-digit loan number@icici
- For Consumer Finance, pay at cdpay.16-digit loan number@icici
- Log in to iMobile app.
- Go to the ‘Cards & Forex’ section.
- Select your credit card for which you wish to make the payment.
- Click on the ‘Pay Bill’ option.
- Select the payment amount you wish to pay, such as current outstanding, last billed due, minimum due or any other amount of your choice.
- Select your bank account from which you wish to make the payment.
- Click on ‘Pay’ and confirm the transaction after verifying all the details.
You can bank without internet by dialling *99# from your mobile phone.

Enter Account number & DOB/PAN and Registered Mobile Number/PAN & DOB and check on consent box
6 Digit OTP will be triggered on your Registered Mobile Number
Select “Overdue tab “on home screen , all the overdue loans/ Credit card details will be available
Select Loan/ Credit card for which payment has to be made & click on “Pay Now”
Make payments selecting from the option UPI/ Debit Card/Net banking
Post Successful Payment Transaction Id with Amount will be displayed
Note :
Payments upto INR 1 lac will updated on the same day for Loans & Cards
Payments above INR 1 Lac will be updated on T+1 days
Maximum transaction limit for credit cards is INR 1 lac
Payments for OD products any amount will be updated on T+1 days
BBPS
Login into BBPS Enabled Application/ Platform by going to Payment > Selects Pay Bills > Loan Repayment
Search/Type – ICICI Bank Ltd - Loans
Enter 16 digit Loan Account Number > Confirm
The Outstanding details will be available on the screen
Make payment
The Payments will be updated with the Bank in T+1 working day
