Step 1: Download 'Stay Connected' Form or ask for it in your nearest ICICI Bank Branch.
Step 2: Fill up the simplified form and enclose any one document from the options mentioned below.
Step 3: Submit the form at the branch and 'Stay Connected'.
A single 'Stay Connected' form will help you to update your:
*Electricity bill, Telephone bill, Gas bill not older than 3 months, Water bill not older than 6 months, Property tax receipt not older than 12 months.
#Recent Bank statement with minimum 1 customer induced transaction in last 3 months.
