This promotional offer of instant discount made by Homeshop18 ("Homeshop18") is available for all savings bank account holders of ICICI Bank Limited ("ICICI Bank") using the Net Banking facility provided by ICICI Bank through its website www.icicibank.com.

"Customer" shall mean a savings account holder of ICICI Bank, availing Net Banking facility of ICICI Bank through the website i.e www.icicibank.com, who transacts on www.homeshop18.com/icici ("Website") during the term of Promotion Period and makes the payment using Net Banking facility through the account held with ICICI Bank, subject to such terms and conditions as may be specified.

"Promotion" shall mean a 10-digit alphanumeric electronic Gift Voucher which, when used by the Customer during the purchase, entitles the user to an instant discount of Rs.500/-.subject to minimum purchase of Rs 2,500. The Gift Voucher can be used on all products on Homeshop18 site during the Offer Period. This Gift Voucher is for one-time use.

"Promotion Period" shall mean period commencing from April 01, 2009 up to June 30, 2009.

"User Agreement" shall mean the Homeshop18 user agreement as defined on www.Homeshop18.com/icici ("Homeshop18 Website")

The discount amount / percentage is non transferable and non negotiable.

The Promotion is applicable only for Resident Indian customers.

The Promotion shall be valid for purchases for which full payment has been made on Homeshop18 and has not been disputed or reversed later by the Customer.

Taxes, surcharges and other statutory levies will be charged to the Customer as mentioned in the listings on Website.

All goods shall be subject to availability at the time of purchase and will be governed by the User Agreement, policies, and the Terms & Conditions as displayed on the Website.

Promotion shall not be valid on cancelled or disputed orders. Homeshop18 reserves the right to reverse the offer in case the purchase is found to be cancelled or disputed later. ICICI Bank shall not be responsible or liable for any dispute or claims arising in this regard.

Homeshop18 reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Promotion by any other offer, whether similar to this Promotion or not or to withdraw it altogether.

Decision of Homeshop18 on all aspects with regard to administering the Promotion, shall be final and binding on all Customers.

ICICI Bank is neither responsible for nor guarantees the quality or delivery of the goods and shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods availed of by the Customers under the Promotion.

ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, merchantability, delivery or otherwise of the goods purchased on the Website.

Any dispute or claim regarding the goods or the amount shall be resolved by the Customer with Homeshop18 as per the User Agreement directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.

The benefits under the Promotion cannot be clubbed with other offers running on the Homeshop18 Website. In case of any dispute or discretion in this regard, Homeshop18’ s decision shall be binding on the Customers.

Any disputes arising out of this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai.

All communication / notices with regard to this Promotion should be addressed to Homeshop18 using its Customer Support channels as mentioned on the Website without any reference to ICICI Bank.

The offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and / or cannot be offered for any other reason whatsoever.

Homeshop18 does not warrant that the Website will run concurrently and error free during the Program Period and does not commit any uptime of Website. Further Homeshop18 shall not be liable for technical or human error.
