Terms & Conditions- ICICI Bank Promotion

  1. This Promotion activity is open to all ICICI Net banking customers in India & whose accounts are current and in good standing.

  2. ICICI Net banking Customers are required to present / use their ICICI Net banking payment option to avail all benefits & services under this program.

  3. This promotion is valid for bookings done on Yatra.com between 1st June 2009 up to 15th July 2009.

  4. Under this program, , the top 50 ICICI Net banking spenders on Train booking facility on Yatra, as determined by their payment history for the period 1st June to 30th June shall win free IPL merchandise ranging from Delhi Daredevils replica T-shirts, Caps and fan club membership.

  5. The Delhi daredevil merchandise winners shall be decided by Yatra.com as described above. The Delhi Daredevil merchandise is not transferable by the winners, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Yatra reserves the right to transfer the prize to someone else in case of a dispute with the winner.

  6. All tickets / bookings will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the Standard Train booking Terms & Conditions.

  7. Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd. reserve the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by any other Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not or to withdraw it altogether.

  8. The Benefits under this Program are offered by Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd. on the best efforts basis and Yatra online private limited and ICICI Bank is neither responsible nor guarantees the quality or delivery of the benefits/services.

  9. The benefits under the program cannot be clubbed with other offers running on www.yatra.com. In case of any dispute or discretion, Yatra’s decision will be binding.

  10. All other standard Terms & Conditions mentioned on the Yatra Website would apply.

  11. Any disputes arising out of this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Gurgaon.
