We are proud to announce that we have formulated and adopted a Code of Commitment that sets the minimum standards of banking practices for us to follow in our dealings with you.
The code provides protection to you and informs how we are expected to deal with you in the course of our day-to-day banking operations. We are in the process of operationalising our adherence to the Code, and upon its operationalisation, shall be updating this section.
While the set minimum standards are guaranteed, our endeavour will always be to exceed them and give you the BEST SERVICE POSSIBLE.
