Easy steps to get access to your account ONLINE!

If you have opened a new savings account with us, you will find the user ID and password in the IKIT that was made available to you. Please use them to log in to www.icicibank.com and access your account.

OR

Call our 24-hour Customer Care and request a user ID.

  • Authenticate yourself on the IVR (enter your debit card number and ATM PIN) and get your user ID instantly over the call.
  • The password will be mailed to you at your communication address available with us.

On receipt of the password, you can log in to www.icicibank.com and avail of a host of services.

Link all your accounts to one user ID

  • If you are an ICICI Bank customer with an Internet Banking User Id and also hold other ICICI Bank Accounts, ICICI Bank Credit Card and/or ICICI Bank Loan accounts, you may login to www.icicibank.com and link your relationships online through the Request Manager option.
