The Banking Codes and Standards Board of India is an autonomous, independent body to effectively monitor and assess the compliance with codes and standards, which the banks voluntarily agree to and participate in, and of which ICICI Bank has become a member. The Board has recently introduced "Code of Bank's Commitments to Customers".
