This is to narrate and appreciate efficient services rendered by Mr. Nilesh, Officer, working on Counter No. 7 at your F.G.Market, Ludhiana branch. To-day I had been to the branch to renew the FDR of my daughter and was pleased to receive the renewed FDR in 5 minutes. This normally takes 20 minutes as per the IBA norms. On earlier occasions also, I have found Mr. Nilesh to be an efficient, courteous and a knowledgeable all rounder. Such employees are an asset to an organisation. I wish him success and request the bank to recognise his efficiency and hard work.

Hi Team, I, Narinder Verma from Chicago, wish to share my good experience of opening an NRO Savings account with ICICI Bank at Ludhiana in Punjab. I was really excited to see all improved services provided by ICICI Bank to new customers. I wish to thank the entire ICICI Team for putting in their best efforts to make the process of opening a new account so smooth. I would specially like to thank Rohit who I spoke to a couple of times, but I do not know his last name. I would like his Manager, Mr. Amit Chhabria, to know that Rohit really helped me a lot and he replied to all my questions promptly. He knew exactly where and on what pages all the questionable points were and he also knew their correct answers. I would like to see him as the Branch Manager some day soon. My account opening paperwork was also picked up by DHL from my workplace and this was another good service provided by the bank. On the whole, it was a very professional service and a pleasant experience.

Eight days back, I lost my Credit Card pouch which contained 5 Credit Cards at around 12 noon . At 4 p.m. on the same day, I received an SMS on my mobile from ICICI Bank informing me that my ATM transaction had been declined because I had not put the correct ATM PIN. Since I had not tried any ATM transaction, I realised that I had lost my Credit Card pouch. Immediately I blocked all my Credit Cards by contacting all the banks. Thanks to ICICI Bank for having saved me from great trouble and great financial constraint. If you had not sent me the SMS, I would not have immediately known that I had lost my Credit Card pouch. Thank you very much once again for saving me from great financial difficulties.

I have always wanted to have a savings account with ICICI Bank as I have liked the services it provides to its customers. One more reason for wanting to have a savings account was the number of branches and ATMs that ICICI Bank has. My company provided me with the option of having to select the bank in which I would like to have a salary account. I happily opted for ICICI Bank. I like the Internet Banking services and specially the grid system they provide for online transactions which makes me feel more secure.
