How to Access the Service

To access the ICICI Bank Mobile Banking facility via GPRS, please follow these steps:

A) iMoble
 
To get ICICI Bank iMobile, please select iMobile option. You will receive an SMS from ICICI Bank based on ICICI Bank Mobile Banking authentication.

  1. Balance Enquiry - To see the balance, please select the account (primary or non-primary). If non-primary, give the last 6 digits of the account number.
 
     
  2. Last 3 Transactions - To see the last 3 transactions, please select the account (primary or non-primary). If non-primary, give the last 6 digits of the account number.
   
     
  3. Cheque Status Enquiry - To check the status, please select the account (primary or non-primary) and give the cheque number. If non-primary, give the last 6 digits of the account number.
   
     
  4. Stop Cheque Request - To stop a cheque, please select the account (primary or non-primary) and give the cheque number. If non-primary, give the last 6 digits of the account number.
   
     
  5. Request for a New Cheque Book - To request a cheque book, please select the account (primary or non-primary). If non-primary, give the last 6 digits of the account number.
   
     
  6. Change Primary Account - To change the Primary Account Number, please give the account number that has to be made the primary account.
   
     
  7. View Presented Bills - Please select this option and enter the Biller Nickname. The display will show the presented bills of only that Presentment Mode biller. Clicking "OK" without entering the nickname will display all presented bills.
