New Customers
If you do not have a banking
relationship with ICICI Bank, you will need to open a savings account
with ICICI Bank.

for opening an account and availing of the debit card.

Existing customers
If you already have
a banking relationship with ICICI Bank, click on the link below
to get a debit card application form. Kindly print the form, and
submit it to your ICICI Bank branch for processing. Your debit card
will reach you within a maximum of 14 days of our receiving your
application.
To apply, kindly download &
print the form and submit it to the nearest ICICI Bank branch or
ATM.
