  1. While talking to phone banking officer never disclose
    1. 4 digit ATM/IVR PIN
    2. 6 digit 3D secure PIN
    3. OTP password word
    4. Internet banking password
    5. CVV ( Card Verification Value )
    6. URN number for payee confirmation
    7. GRID value of debit card

  2. Ensure that no one see you entering you PIN(personal identification number)
  3. Avoid giving verification details to phone banking officer in public place
  4. Phone Banking channel is meant to be used by the account holder only ,do not transfer the line or hand over the phone to 3rd party after completing self authentication
