Important Instructions

1. Passwords:

- Do not share your password(s) with anybody.
- Change the password(s) as frequently as possible.

2. Software:

 

- Ensure that the correct version of Java is installed on your systems.

 

3. Connection:

- For optimum performance, please subscribe to a broadband internet connection.

4. First time login:

- Change your password immediately upon your first login;
- Complete the currency pair setup according to market convention. For example: USD/INR, and not INR/USD.

5. Deal Booking:

- Select New deal in 'deal type';
- Select correct currency pair, side [Sell/Buy], value date (maturity) and enter the correct amount;
- Before accepting the price, check all the particulars of the deal;
- Any wrong deal may have to be reversed by you which may result in losses to you;
- After booking the deal, please ensure that printout of deal ticket is attached with your documents when you submit them to your branch,
   otherwise branch will take prevailing market rate which may result in losses to you.

6. Deal cancellation:

- Select 'Cancel deal';
- Complete details of the deal to be cancelled must be given in the memo field including the deal number of the original deal;
- The cancellation deal will be an opposite deal to the original deal (ex. if you have bought $, the cancellation deal will be sell $);
- Improper details/no details of original deal in memo will result in cancellation of deal and hence, result in losses.

7. Please note that the
rates for the following
currencies are non-dealable rates:

- (a) Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), (b) Sri Lankan Rupee (LKR), (c) Argentinian Peso (ARS), (d) Brazilian Real (BRL), (e) Nigerian Naira (NGN),
   (f) Mozambique Metical (MZM), (g) Lebanese Pound (LBP), (h) Rouble (RUB), (i) Romanian Leu (RON).
- YOUR RELIANCE ON THESE RATES FOR ANY PURPOSE WILL BE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
- PLEASE NOTE THAT ICICI BANK WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE, IN WHATSOEVER MANNER, IF THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT FOLLOW
  THE INSTRUCTIONS ABOVE.
