I, Parimi. Srinivasu, have an account with your Tanuku Branch. On March 10, when I was explained that I was mislead by a job scam, first I misunderstood, and wondered why ICICI would allow such people to open an account. Later my perception was changed when your Operations Manager Mr. Firoz Baig clearly explained phishing mails to meand spent his busy time listening / verifying all details on the issue.
He responded very quickly and within minutes he called me back and cautioned me not to deposit cash further and saved my Rs.1,00,000-, which I was planning to pay them for job purposes. I am thankful for your care. Also thank you for immediately freezing such accounts to stop further loss to customers.
