I am highly elated by my experience at ICICI Branch located at S K Puri, Patna. The Branch Operations Manager, Mr. J Jagannath, was like a god to me. I went there at quarter to 8 on the evening on 30th March for depositing Rs 5, 000 into my A/c without realizing the fact that the branch closes at 6 pm or so. I requested the guard to call the manager as the shutter was half pulled and they were in the process of winding up.Mr. Jagannath responded really very sensitively at this critical juncture. This I could have expected only from a bank like ICICI Bank. I am proud to be with you and would look forward to making high value deposits in your bank increasing my NRV in your records.

Your wealth manager, Mr. Srikant, at Himyatnagar Branch is excellent in providing the support to customers with wealth management account status. He goes out the way, in coordinating with non-banking ICICI Bank organisations as well as providing overall service and satisfaction rather than just lip service. The persons like Mr. Srikant can qualitatively improve the image and contribute towards the true meaning of wealth management as expected by customers, rather than trying to push only few specific products.

Recently we visited the Teynampet Branch (Chennai) as my husband required a certificate stating he had an account there. Few days down the line we realized that he had misplaced the ration card and we were not sure if he had dropped it on the way back or somewhere in the bank. We were preparing to apply for a new card when to our disbelief we received a courier which had the ration card. We couldn't have even dreamt of something like this to happen. This is definite customer service beyond the call of duty. Thanks a million whoever did so.

I want to share my amazing experience. This was my visit to Bhayandar Branch. I had an unusual problem in my A/c. I had a co-branded ICICI Bank Credit Card with Airtel and HP. This card was lost on October 8, 2008 and was fraudulently used at a jewelry shop in Ghaziabad.
My complaint was settled without any hassles/ reminders within about 45 days to my satisfaction. It was a pleasant surprise to me.
In a similar case with another credit card, that was also lost on the same day. The concerned Bank is dragging the matter for over 4-months.
I appreciate the promptness of ICICI Bank and wish other banks have similar approach with customers.

I am a regular user of your credit card and am very happy with your service. A few complaints that I have had has been promptly resolved. The introduction of paying credit card dues through other banks is a great boon to customers like me who do not have an account with you. The hassle of writing a cheque and locating a drop box is a thing of past. I just paid my credit card dues at the click of a mouse through another bank. Way to go! Once again thanks for the service.
