I've been using ICICI Bank's internet banking service for the last 7 years. ICICI has been a trend setter in this area and has always been proactive in securing its online transactions despite frivolous threats from the IT front. I've been getting mails regarding sharing my ICICI online info but also warned by ICICI Bank time and again not to share with anybody. This was the instruction that helped me and my close ones also. I along with my family and friends have large numbers of savings bank accounts with ICICI Bank. We did not shift any of the accounts to other competitors’ because of the advantage that we have with ICICI Bank. Token of applause to ICICI to keep the pace of change in banking in India on.

Hi, for the past 3 years I am living in Sydney and in the past , sent money to India through different sources ie moneygram and western union.Then one of my friends suggested to me to use ICICI Bank. I find sending money through it good and getting good exchange rate and with low commission rates. Some times it takes couple of day to transfer the money to an ICICI Bank account in India. You should open more branches in foreign countries. Cheers ICICI Bank, true Indian Bank.

I am recently using this internet banking by means of linking my bank account with my credit card account. I was really astonished when I made the first payment online. The job was over in fraction of seconds....Wow.....All the time, I paid by walking into ICICI Bank which took a lot of time and travel. But these internet transactions are too good to access. I have regularly used netbanking for many many years and i mobile very frequently. Net banking experience is very very satisfactory. I am extremely thrilled to use SMS N CASH. I think this is one of the best introductions from ICICI bank and branch to branch free banking is another world class introduction, but i mobile needs to be improved. Hi, I am using ICICI Internet Banking regularly. Very nice service . I would like to share my experience. One week back I had opened my Inter net banking, when I tried to login , it was not possible for me to login, because already some persons had blocked my user id, when I tried 3 times, it disabled, then I called customer care, and requesedt them to activate my user id or else send new id and pass word.In the evening only I received messages from ICICI, and given new user id and the password in courier. Very quick response, really Iwas very impressed, and your internet banking was also very secure. Iam very satisfied  with your banking service.
