I would like to thank and appreciate ICICI Bank staff for the care they show to their customers. The immediate response they give is just fabulous. Recently I had lost my blank signed cheque and as I am working in Saudi Arabia and the cheque was lost in India, I was really worried. I was looking for procedures to send a fax or request letter to cancel the cheque. Initially I thought it would be a lengthy procedure and in the mean time if the cheque were to fall in the wrong hands,it would have been hard. But to my surprise, when I logged the ICICI Bank website, the facility for cancellation already existed which was done in just seconds. I was really relieved that even from thousands of kilometres away; I was able to cancel it in seconds. It does not stop here! To my utter surprise the ICICI Bank staff called me twice (International Calls) to confirm my cancellation of the cheque. It was just unbelievable. I am really thankful for this gesture.

The banking experience that I had come across in the Big Apple is the same over here in India with ICICI Bank. My extended family members and I have been dealing with ICICI Bank for the past nine years and have been experiencing the benefit of it’s time to time upgradations and newer financial products. And of late, it has reached another landmark by launching "i zone” virtual banking, the first of it's kind in the world, and thereby pampering it's customers with more and more hi-tech services that were only available overseas. Few days ago, I had been to ICICI Bank Sakchi Branch, Jamshedpur and for some information, clarification and work met Anita an employee of your Bank. In spite of her workload and a severe cold, she gave her full attention, with fruitful information and warm reception as is expected to an HNI client. ICICI Bank has the best internet enabled solution. I have used online solutions provided by other banks like HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, and other government banks too, but the ICICI Bank’s site is the most secure and also the most user friendly.

I have been a customer of ICICI Bank, ICICI Credit Card, ICICI Bank demat and ICICI Bank loan from the last 5 years. I am happy and proud to say that this Bank is one of the most customer friendly that I have come against. There has been a very earnest response from the Bank and always a personal touch while dealing with a customer. What I mean is this Bank always tackles the customer and his concerns first and then goes to through the rule book to check whether that can be done.
I must say my bank account has been very helpful including the FD and RD. The demat account is also very user friendly. But the one that I like the most is the credit card department. I should say that it is the most customer oriented card with many offers, schemes and above all, the most friendly customer care to help out in case of difficulties.
I should say, I am proud of my Bank!

To begin with I am not a person who will take time out to pen down an appreciation.....but I must admit that the experience I had with b2 (Branch free Banking) convinced me to take 2 minutes out and talk about it.... well right from setting up the account to using it....the entire experience was fabulous....who can imagine that creating a savings account is as easy as it gets with b2.....and the cream of the cake is that they have a chat service available for their b2 customers.... I have never heard any other bank in India do so....Well done ICICI Bank..... every year I get new reasons to stick to you guys.... I am a damn happy customer right from day one till now.... I guess it has been more than 5 years since I began banking with you guys.... by far the best bank to choose from....cheers.... SK

I have a Student Saving Account in Mumbai for more than 3 years. The minimum balance which I need to maintain is hardly anything; also, I never have to pay any charges for maintaining this account. Before opening this account I visited many other national banks. But they couldn't offer me the same kind of account, with similar facilities. I am very happy with my Student Saving Account. I would like to recommend the same to every student, who needs a debit card and a savings account.

I hold a privilege account with ICICI Bank. My account was upgraded to a Gold Privilege Account from a normal savings account in the month of Oct - 2008. I went for the upgrade looking at the salient advantages the Privilege Account had to offer. However, because of my very few visits to the branch, I never opted to use the Privileged status and avail of the priority service facility available to me. Today, when I visited your branch, I had to rush to a doctor’s appointment after completing my work at the Bank and was curious to find out how the priority service facility worked and wanted use it.
I happened to approach Mr. Sudhir Yadav and expressed my curiosity to him; He was very generous and accompanied me personally to the correct counter. More over, he made sure to remain with me, until I was done with my work.
Nevertheless, It was a pleasure to know that officers such as Mr. Sudhir Yadav , Mr. Raman and Miss. Sheela are available at the branch to fruitfully answer any of my banking queries or resolve the difficulties to the best of their capacities. I have held accounts in some of the top private banks such as HDFC Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank. However I would not hesitate to say that until now the level of understanding displayed by ICICI Bank officers have been incomparable. I am sure that such gestures of going that extra mile for the customers, by these officers will go a long way. Kindly convey my heart felt gratitude to all of them and their effort is highly and sincerely appreciated.
