I am very happy to know that ICICI Bank is opening its branch in Ballia. While I have submitted my explorations to national innovation foundation Ahmedabad as an innovator, which is under consideration of an award, at district, state, national and international levels, I would like to bee associated with the bank in a suitable capacity to help myself and the bank improve its business when needed.

I have been banking with ICICI bank since 2000. Now I am an NRI customer. I have NRE accounts with some other banks also. The online experience with ICICI is the best. I even quoted your example to SBI when I had a problem with them. We live out of India and can not come personally to the bank to sort out our problems. Once, I paid my ICICI Prulife Policy premium online and ICICI Prudential wrongly auto debited me for INR 100000 for the same policy. All I did was to contact ICICI bank, and ICICI Prudential using the online facility and my money was credited back to my NRO account within 3 weeks. As NRI customers' we expect this kind of promptness and service. Thank you very much ICICI bank. You have really revolutionized the banking system in India. I am proud to be associated with you.

I am really happy with the service I got from ICICI bank especially yesterday. I called the phone banking officer to get the PIN Number for my new debit card which I had not received and I was able to get my 4 digit PIN Number on the phone itself. Now I am able to access my account. Thanks ICICI.

I think ICICI has got an exceptionally good website that takes care of everything starting from bank account, demat account, money transfer etc. It is very user friendly and I have not faced any problem ever. The feature of ICICI bank Mobile recharge is very good. I am relaxed, not having to step into shops to recharge my mobile and I can recharge at anytime. The 24X7 service they provide in ATMs without failure is awesome when compared to other banks. (On whom I don’t like to comment). ICICI is really great!

Really I had no words to praise the way your bank solves the problem within a given period. I had applied for Pre-approved Loan and there were some complications. But just one mail to the Account Manager and every problem was handled so well that within 7 days everything was set right.

I used my debit card in an HDFC ATM and was trying to withdraw cash. I had by mistake used my Credit Card PIN and tried it twice. I realized this and used my Credit Card with its PIN to withdraw cash, within may be a minute or perhaps two minutes, I received an SMS stating that your debit card had been tried in an ATM but with wrong PIN numbers. I was truly amazed with the SMS alert, and felt that I was associated with a Bank, which constantly updated its technology and also its Risk Management Systems, especially with reference to cards. Keep it up and this is what I call a “Delight”. Needless to say I have shared this with many of my friends. Keep it up ICICI Bank.
Also your ICICI IMobile is just fantastic. A few clicks on my mobile and I can send and receive funds from different banks. Also your demat service ! It is too good.
I can trade any time, anywhere.

I have bank accounts in ICICI, SBI and HDFC. But the services I get through ICICI ,I don’t get anywhere else. Easy processing, customer friendly and ICICI is always ready to help anytime, anywhere. Customer Care services are also very good.They provide easy solutions within seconds and the main feature is the number of ATMs....huge number of ATMs at every location and generally all the ATMs work properly. HDFC has 3-4 ATMs in Lucknow .Bu t generally there is no cash in ATMs. I am really very very thankful to ICICI Group for their services.
