  • Login to ICICIBank.com with your Internet banking User ID and password.
  • Go to Banking/Bill Pay section.
  • Click on the Prepaid Mobile Recharge option.
  • Select your Operator Name & Circle , enter your Mobile Number, Amount for Top-Up.
  • Enter your Transaction Password to complete your transaction.
  • Your top-up request will be completed in a few seconds.

Prepaid Mobile Recharge through Mobile Banking:

This facility is available to ICICI Bank customers who have subscribed to Mobile Banking. To begin using this facility, you need to register for 'mShop Name' through ICICIBank.com. Registration is a one-time activity.

To register for 'mShop Name', all you need to do is follow the steps mentioned below.

  • Login to ICICIBank.com with your Internet banking User ID and password.
  • Click on the Mobile Banking tab.
  • Click on ' Mobile Shopping Service ' option on the left menu.
  • Enter your desired 4-digit alphanumeric mShop Name and confirm the same.
  • Click on Submit button.

Once registered for a 'mShop Name', just type an SMS on your mobile whenever you need to recharge your mobile in the following format :

ITOPUP <mShop Name> <Amount>

e.g. ITOPUP a12b 525

Where mShop Name is a12b and Amount is Rs. 525/-
