What are the charges for this facility? SMS charges
would be applicable as levied by your Mobile Service Provider.

How will my Bank Account be debited? Your bank account will be debited immediately. 7.
Will I get any intimation from the Bank for the payment? 8.
Will I receive intimation for successful booking of the ticket? In case IRCTC
cannot book the tickets they will send a SMS to you intimating the
same. In such a scenario, we will refund the amount (credit to your
account) in 3-4 working days. 9.

is a mShop Name?

What is Mobile Shopping Service? Currently this
service can be used for booking railway tickets (through IRCTC)
via SMS and for Recharging your Prepaid Mobile connection.

What is a mShop Name? A mShop Name is a nickname, which has to be provided at the time of registering for Mobile Shopping with ICICI Bank. The mShop Name has to be quoted by you when sending a payment authorisation to the merchant. The mShop Name
acts as an additional authentication parameter and hence it should
be kept a secret. 3.
What are the features / validations
of the mShop Name? a) It should
be exactly 4 characters,
