My utter dismay turned into a great pleasure after speaking to the Phone Banking executive Punita Dubey, a very calm person who handled my panic when my payment was not updated in the card and I had to urgently book tickets for my travel. She calmly asked me to provide the details of my payments and was patient enough to wait while I looked for them. She assured me that she will get this sorted for me in an hour max...and all I know is at the 42nd minute she rang up when I was anxiously waiting for her call. I am so happy. As I write, I have the ticket in my hand. Congratulations to Punita Dubey for her effortless handling of the situation and many thanks to her for being so customer-friendly and making my experience a truly memorable one. ICICI Bank provides Internet Banking facility which is more comfortable compared to other banks and I had a wonderful experience using it. We can save lots of time through ICICI Bank tools like fund transfer, instead of going to the bank and transferring the amount. I availed of this facility and all my personal money transactions are going through ICICI Bank fund transfer only and it’s very secure. No service charge is claimed for fund transfer to other banks.
