ICICI Bank Limited ("the Bank") is a registered Debenture Trustee ("DT") in terms of Securities Exchange Board of India (Debenture Trustee) Rules & Regulations, 1993. In view of SEBI Circular MIRSD/DPS III/Cir-11/07 dated August 6, 2007 on "Dissemination of Information on Debentures", the debenture trustee is required to disseminate all information regarding the debentures to the investors and the general public, in any of the following events:

(i) Default by issuer company to pay interest on debentures or redemption amount.

(ii) Failure to create a charge on the assets.

(iii) Revision of rating assigned to the debentures.
