| Click on 'Receive Funds' from Bank Section. |

Click on 'Registration' button to register a payer. |

Select a Beneficiary/Payee Bank Account. One-time Registration of payer Bank. |

Select City and Bank of the payer from registration form.
Registration will be completed only after selection of Branch and MICR cude.
Confirm registration and click "Submit" to view Debit Mandate. |

| You can view the Debit Mandate form and you are required to print payer's Debit Mandate form. |

| Take payer's signature on Debit Mandate form and submit it to our executive. |

| Request a Transfer |

| Request money transfer from registered payer's account to your ICICI Bank account. |

Select a Payer and click 'Transfer'. |
| |

Enter Amount,Credit Date and click 'Submit' to complete the transaction. Confirm transfer. Authenticate using your transaction password. |

| Check Status |

| You can check the status of your Debit mandate registration(s), past and pending transfer requests by clicking the relevant option. |

| Deregister |

| Select Beneficiary Account and Deregister. |
| |
| Step 5b |
 |
| You will get a Confirmatory message on Deregistration of your account. |
 |
